Which items are not eligible for your Return & Exchange policy?

Hi,

Due to hygiene reasons, supplier and store guidelines, kindly note that we are not allowed to exchange items of the following, unless defective. 

  • Clearance / Sale / Promotion items

  • Items purchased with coupon codes 

  • Pre-ordered goods

  • Custom made goods

  • Diapers

  • Food 

  • Formula Milk

  • Underwear

  • CDs & DVDs

  • Breast pads

  • Candide mattresses and bedding 

What is your return / exchange policy?

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date. Email us at debaby2u@gmail.com

  • We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only.

  • We kindly ask that all items requested for return / exchange is not used or expired, undamaged and unopened packaging. Items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received it, and is in the original box and/or packaging with all tags, if any. 

  • Note that return terms are different for defect and non-defect items. Kindly refer to the guidelines below. Debaby reserves the right to reject any return/exchanges.

  • If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping item back to us. 

  • Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above RM150). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping fee when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted. 

  • In the event that a return cannot be accepted, the sender will either have to pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to sender's address - costs will be borne by customer. 

Defects:

  • If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email

  • Please explain nature of defect and include photos or video. 

  • Once defect is confirm, we will either send a replacement or have the supplier directly contact you for exchange. 

  • In rare instance when defect is too complicated and cannot be clearly demostrated by photo/video, you can drop the item off at our location for evaluation. We will then perform tests and/or send item to supplier to confirm defect. For items with local service center, you may approach them to confirm the defect. If item is sent back to us but we are unable to confirm the defect or alleged defect is considered to be within normal range of operation, we will have to request that you pick up the item from our location or have it sent back to you at extra charge. 

  • Shipping charges (both ways) are not covered for overseas orders.

Non-defects:

  • We want you to be happy with your purchase and allow returns within 7 days of receipt even if there is no defect. 

  • You will be eligible for exchange with a similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference. 

  • Only when similar item is out of stock, would we be able to process a refund via store credits for you. Kindly allow us 3 - 5 days to issue your credits after returned item is received. 

  • Our return policy does not apply to selected items and brands. 

  • Kindly note that some brands and products are subjected to a restocking fee for return/exchange. 

Kindly note the following guidelines for out of stock items: 

  • In the event that your order includes an item that is out of stock, we will refund the amount of the item that was out of stock (in store credits), and will proceed to deliver the rest of the order.

  • We will inform you if the item is out of stock and ask if you would like to get a refund for that item or replace it with a different design or item.

Cancellations:

  • Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. Should you change your mind after placing the order online, you can opt to return the item at the terms above under non-defects.

Here are the steps for returns / exchanges: 

  1. Contact us via email debaby2u@gmail.com or fill in the returns form here for us to process your return / exchange.

  2. If your item is incorrect / defective, email us a picture of it. 
    *Do not discard the defective / incorrect items as they have to be returned, otherwise we are unable to process the claim. 

  3. We will process your request within 3 working days. You will receive an email to confirm that you can return / exchange your product.

  4. All returns / exchanges are processed at our location . 

    If you would like to request for returns via delivery, kindly note that there will be courier charges applicable.

What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

 

Hi there!

Most of our items are in stock items.

However, as our inventory is constantly moving through different platforms, in the unlikely event that your item ordered is out of stock, we will proceed to ship out the rest of your items in your order. 

For the item that is out of stock (oos) you may choose to:

  • Replace it with another item 

  • or get a refund for the oos item (in store credits) 

*Kindly note that we will not be able to cancel the entire order due to any out of stock item(s) as we would have processed the order for packing and delivery on our end.

How do I get a refund? How long does it take for me to get a refund?

If you have returned your items for a refund, you will be issued store credits.

Kindly allow us 3 - 5 days to issue your credits after returned item is received.

Once your store credits are issued to your account, you will receive an email notification. 

Kindly note the following guidelines:

Can I exchange a clothing if it does not fit

yes you can. 

 

We offer a FREE 7 Day Return / Exchange for our valued customers. :) 

 

  • If you have purchased apparel from our store and realize that the size is not suitable, you can exchange for another sizing of the same design (subject to availability).

  • If the same design is not available, you may choose from other designs, and top up the difference (if any). If the other item is of a lower value, we will refund you the difference via store credits.

  • For Defective products, please send us photos and description of the defect to debaby2u@gmail.com so that we can check with our suppliers. For defective products, we can allow a return / exchange period of up to 14 days. 

  • For returns, you will be eligible for exchange with similar item / any item of your choice, for which you may top up any difference. If the item is of lower price, we will refund the difference to you via store credits. 

  • Only when similar item is out of stock, would we be able to process a refund via store credits for you.

  • Our 7-day return policy does not apply to items in the following sections due to hygienic reasons, unless defective: Clearance / Sale, Food and Formula, Breast pads are not applicable for returns / exchange.

  • Returns, exchanges and refunds are not entitled to our free delivery promotion (orders above $80). If you are returning an item that was originally sent out under free delivery, a shipping fee when issuing an exchange / refund will be deducted. 

  • In the event of a refund via store credits, kindly allow up to 5 days for us to process and issue after item is received.
